Role description

Role: Finance Business Partner (Temp/Contractor-6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analytics: Focus on pricing and margin analysis.
• Reporting: Weekly trade meetings, daily huddles, and reporting to senior management.
• Commercial Activities: Sales growth, product costing, and margin analysis.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee dispatch reports and manage discounts/write-offs.
• Automation & Data Analysis: Extract and interpret data using systems like SAP and Tableau.

Candidate:

Experience: Retail experience is essential, with over 3 years in financial analytics, pricing, and promotion.

Skills: Strong understanding of finance, ability to drive business decisions from data, and good financial acumen.

Leadership: Capable of leading trade meetings and pushing the commercial team.

Systems Knowledge: Proficient in SAP and Tableau.

Attributes: Dynamic, able to influence and drive the business, and comfortable in a young, trendy, and small company environment.
