Become a key player at Horst Systems as a Millwright Crew Leader based in Winchester, Ontario. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
In your role as Millwright Crew Leader, you will supervise and coordinate the field crew while executing various projects. This position requires a minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity and five years in the construction industry. You will be responsible for guiding installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards while leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction crews and project schedules
• Efficiently assemble and manage grain handling systems
• Travel across Eastern Ontario for on-site work
• Enforce safety protocols at heights and on job sites
• Utilize and supervise specialized machinery and tools
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
• 5+ years in construction-related roles
• Successful completion of Millwright 433A program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to project demands
