Patient Population:

Primarily adults and geriatrics, with limited pediatric patients; age 16+

Support:

Established family medicine practice team
Clinical Scope

This role is focused on outpatient primary care, with an opportunity to care for a diverse adult and geriatric population. Typical office procedures include:
Pap smears
Diabetic foot exams
Routine primary care evaluation and management
The practice has not historically required a high volume of in-office procedures, making this a comfortable fit for physicians seeking a primarily clinical primary care assignment.
Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain prior to the start date
ACLS and BLS certification
Active DEA
