Monday - Friday schedule with possible 4-day work week option
Hospital-employed position with strong work-life balance
36 patient contact hours per week
Manageable patient census of 18 - 22 patients per day
Phone-only call rotated among practices; low frequency
Academic affiliation with major state universities
