Assignment Details:
Start Date: ASAP (target 8/25/25)
Duration: Through 12/31/25 ( 4 months)
Schedule: Mon Fri, 9am 5pm + every 3rd Saturday (8am 1pm)
(Thursday off during Saturday weeks)
Volume: Low only 7 10 patients/day
Rate: Call for rates
On-Call: None
Travel/Lodging: Not provided

Responsibilities:
Provide primary care and wellness services
Perform well-woman exams (required)
DOT certification is a plus (not required)
Use of Athena EMR
Comfortable treating patients ages 2+

Location Perks:
Free parking at medical office building
Support staff includes at least one MA or RN
