Outpatient Practice
Join a team of 4 Physicians and 1 APP
Call: 1-6 rotation
On-site lab and X-ray
Experienced staff who know patients well
New Patients and Walk-ins Daily

Base Salary: $290,000 2-year income guarantee + production incentives
Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
CME allowance of $6,000
Moving allowance up to $15,000
