Parkview Health

is currently seeking a

Board Certified/ Board Eligible

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

to join their team.
Hours

of practice are

Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm

; some flexibility required for extended hours
Office location

is at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN
Weekly Patient Contact:

36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts)
Daily encounter

goals of

22-26 patients

depending on visit lengths.
The

call requirement

for this position is

1:6
Opportunity allows for OB, but not mandatory.
