This role will have you caring for inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and those in the Emergency Room, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care.
As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct patient care in the ER, inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings
Assessing patient conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Documenting patient care accurately and timely
Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
