Environmental Manager
Role description
About this vacancy
As an Environmental Manager, you work on complex spatial and social challenges where diverse interests come together. Think of area development, energy transition, mobility, and water safety. In this role, you serve as the connecting link between project teams, governments, residents, companies, and other stakeholders.
At TMC, you can choose from various projects with, for example, (local) governments, water boards, contractors, network operators, and engineering and consultancy firms. The nature of the projects may vary, but the core of your role remains the same: recognizing, organizing, and connecting political, administrative, and social interests to ensure that projects are carefully and widely supported in their execution.
You are not primarily responsible for the technical content of a project, but for the processes surrounding decision-making, participation, and communication with the environment. In a dynamic playing field, you excel at bringing calm and clarity while providing direction.
