Oversees ED operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts.Ensures safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Assists with performance management and HR-related activities.
Monitors supplies, equipment, and unit readiness.Addresses patient care concerns and escalates issues as needed.
Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience.
Provides direct patient care when needed to maintain safe staffing levels.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
# Current and valid state RN License
