Role description

Lead the financial transformation of a construction organization as the Director of Finance in Victoriaville, Quebec. This full-time, on-site position focuses on strategic finance, operational governance, and performance improvement.

In this role, you will directly report to the President and guide an existing accounting team to evolve finance into a strategic partner. Your expertise will drive decision-making through governance and continuous improvement, ensuring project accuracy and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct the annual budgeting process and approvals • Evaluate financial results and provide strategic recommendations • Ensure project accounting accuracy and optimize costs • Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance insights • Supervise cash management and banking processes

Requirements: • CPA certification required • Minimum 6 years of finance/accounting experience • Strong command of budgeting and financial management • Proficiency in English required • Demonstrated leadership in finance-related roles
