General Dentist

Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of oral health conditions
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services using clinically sound and compassionate care
Develop appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs
Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive dentistry, and recommended treatment
Perform routine examinations and a variety of restorative and general dental procedures
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical and treatment records
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory agencies, state dental board requirements, and established clinical procedures
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, administrative staff, and other providers to deliver an excellent patient experience
Address clinical concerns promptly, professionally, and accurately
Demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care
Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active

New Jersey Dental License

in good standing
2+ years of clinical experience required
Ability to become credentialed with commercial insurance carriers and government insurance programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and general dental procedures
Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, active-listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to create a caring, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients
Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional development

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Compensation: $200,000 $400,000
