Part-Time or Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist in Fredericksburg, Virginia Needed ($55–$65/hr)

Our private, multi-specialty dental practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our general dentistry team. This is not a corporately owned practice

. You will be working with adult patients in a supportive environment and will have a dedicated assistant. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates and are happy to be flexible with scheduling. Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM Part-time or full-time available If you can work one or more of these days, we encourage you to apply

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to adult patients Perform routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and the clinical team Maintain a positive, patient-focused experience

Requirements

Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist license Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a genuine love for patient care Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Pay & Compensation

$55–$65 per hour, based on experience Supportive, non-corporate work environment Dedicated assistant provided
