OverviewDental Hygienist - Part Time or Full Time with Sign on BonusGargiulo Periodontics

We are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Dental Hygienist to join our periodontal team. In this role, you will provide high quality preventive and periodontal care, educate patients on oral health, and help create an exceptional patient experience.Our practice is a team centered, relationship driven periodontal office committed to delivering outstanding patient care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are looking for a motivated team player with excellent communication skills, strong clinical abilities, and a caring chairside manner. Full Time M-TH or Part Time Tues-Thurs or Mon-Wed with the following schedule:

-Monday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

-Tuesday: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM

-Wednesday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

-Thursday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and root planing as neededTake and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)Conduct oral health assessments and chart conditions of teeth and gumsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive carePrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocolsAssist the dentist during exams and procedures as needed Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental recordMonitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipmentEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standardsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assigned QualificationsRequirements Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practiceAssociate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Preferred SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGentle and compassionate chairside mannerProficiency with dental software and digital chartingAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamAttention to detail and commitment to delivering quality careFamiliarity with common dental procedures and patient education techniques We Offer$1,500 Sign on Bonus Competitive CompensationBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much moreSpecialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
