Role description
About the Role
- Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to our drivers.
- Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
- Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
- Delight Customers. Ensure substitutions are approved with the customer.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
- Proven track record of success in a retail environment.
- Ability to be on your feet and perform warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay: $18.65 CAD (localization may apply based on work location).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid parental leave, and holidays. Part-time employees are eligible for selected benefits including a 401(k) with employer match and paid time off where applicable.
