Role description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fredonia, NY. NY license preferred.

~ Required Shift Times: 8 hours. Full-time (Minimum 3 weeks per month).
~ Day Shift: Required.
~ Other Shift Type: Required Call starts after 8 hr shift.
~ Call Rotation: Must be able to cover 1 weekend per month and 1 weeknight per week (Beeper call; volume is historically low).
~ Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
~ Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
~ Cases: General, Ortho.
~ Site Charting System: iPro.
~ Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
~ Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
~ What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
~ Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
~ Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
~ Expedited Credentialing: 30 - 45 days.
~$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
~$Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
