CRNA needed for Locums in Texas.

Role description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work though end of this year with a possibility of extension at a facility near Parker, TX.

Shift: Mon-Fri 5x8.
Medical Direction model.
CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals and epidurals.
Types of cases: General and OB, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines.
EMR: Paper anesthesia Records, Meditech for EMR.
Will cross credential at 2 sites.
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
Credentialing: 60 days. (will request emergency privs) - CLEAN FILES ONLY.
$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
