CRNA Needed for Locums in OK

Role description

OK licensed CRNA needed, August 2026, ongoing.
Target start date: August 2026 or as

soon as privs can be completed.
Licensure/Certification requirements:

OK license, DEA and OBNDD at time of presentation.
Availability:

Client strongly prefers full-time candidates at this time. 40 hrs/wk, for a minimum of 3 months. They will also consider 3 weeks per month.
Schedule:

10 or 12 hr days, Mon-Fri only. No call, no weekends.
Specific Skillset Needed:

General Anesthesia, comfortable with variety of cases and acuities, 3 & 4 level cases.
EMR:

Epic
Types of OR cases

: No OB or cardiac, neuro, GI, some Cath Lab.
Supervising ratio, MD to CRNAs

: 3 to 4, primarily 3.
Are CRNAs supervised?

Yes - medical direction.
Privileging timeframe:

90 days with clean file.
Travel & Lodging provided.

$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
