CRNA needed for Locums in New York.

Role description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fredonia, NY. NY license preferred.

Required

Shift Times: 8 hours. Full-time (Minimum 3 weeks per month).
Day Shift: Required.
Other Shift Type: Required Call starts after 8 hr shift.
Call Rotation: Must be able to cover 1 weekend per month and 1 weeknight per week (Beeper call; volume is historically low).
Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
Cases: General, Ortho.
Site Charting System: iPro.
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
Expedited Credentialing: 30 - 45 days.
$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
$Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
