- Must be able to deliver on food productiontargets for a hospital/long term care setting to produce regular, therapeutic,and texture modified diets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Successful completion of a cook/chef trainingprogram from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Red Seal Status or working towards Red Sealcertification; preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital and/or long-term care setting with a good understanding of therapeutic diets and texturemodifications.
- Hold and continue to maintain a current SafeFood Handler’s Certificate
