Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple site operations through SCADA systems
• Coordinate with diverse teams during maintenance and outages
• Ensure compliance with international and local standards
• Document operational metrics and participate in audits
• Maintain adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering diploma essential
• Experience in customer/supplier service settings
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making
• Knowledge of PV/BESS operations a plus
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule
