Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job
Role description
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Winchester, VA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT scanning equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care.Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience.
Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
Current BLS certification (AHA accepted only).
Valid Virginia state licensure required.
Experience using EPIC electronic medical record preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a hospital-based CT unit with mobile consult response experience preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM.
Work schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 4x10s.
Weekend requirement: Every Saturday.

Impacting Patient Care
You will support diagnostic and consultative imaging for a 495-bed hospital. The position serves varied inpatient and consult patients and contributes to timely, accurate imaging for clinical decision making. EPIC is the facility electronic medical record system used for documentation and image-related workflows. Adherence to facility dress code is required. Scrub color: Caribbean Blue.
