- Installation and setup of commercial garage door products, their electronic operating systems, and safety features.
- Repair and maintenance, diagnose issues, repair or replace broken or damaged components, performing preventative maintenance, and testing door functions for safe operations.
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems, and calibrate the systems for smooth operation.
- Interact with customers to provide professional advice to customers on repair or replacement options, maintenance tips, and providing detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and dispatch for timely and accurate performance on job sites.
- Operate company vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
