Clinical Pharmacist I

Role description

As a Clinical Pharmacist I at MedStar Health, you will deliver patient-centered clinical pharmacy services within a leading not-for-profit health system serving the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. In this on-site role, you will verify, prepare, and dispense medications; evaluate orders for safety, accuracy, and interactions; and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses during rounds to optimize pharmacotherapy. You will counsel patients and families on medication use, monitor therapeutic drug levels, and support antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives.
