CDL A Local Route Driver

Role description

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL A Local Route Driver to support our fast-paced wholesale food distribution operations. In this role, you will safely operate a CDL A commercial vehicle on local routes, delivering food and related products to restaurants, schools, healthcare, hospitality, and retail customers. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading products, verifying orders, maintaining accurate delivery records, and following all DOT and company safety standards. As the frontline representative of PFG, you’ll provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop. You’ll work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to manage schedules, adjust routes as needed, and support on-time, accurate deliveries.
