Role description
Under the direction of the Manager, or designate, and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works collaboratively with the care team to support residents in establishing and maintaining a pleasant, safe and homelike atmosphere by providing nursing services and interventions to residents based on assessment and care planning procedures.
