Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; no call required

Pacemaker Implant ICD Implant (traditional and sub-Q) Loop Recorder Implant and/or Explant Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER

Credentialing:

90-days

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, DEA required

Licensure:

Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand
