Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $510000.00 - $510000.00
Quarterly productivity bonuses
allow high producers to earn $600–700K even before partnership

~ After partnership (year 4+), income potential of $1M
based on performance.
Partnership in 3 years with equal profit sharing
Buy-in is only ~$30,000 , which is extremely low for a cardiology practice with imaging revenue streams.
Dedicated LPN for all medications
~ Nuclear tech, 2 echo techs, vascular tech
~ APPs covering consults and weekday rounding
High-volume echo, vascular, and nuclear testing.
Manageable workflow with predictable structure
~ Office hours 8 AM–2 PM
, then hospital rounds and reads.
~Call is 1:3 , mostly phone-based on weekdays.
~ Weekends are busier, but APPs cover weekday consults.
