Job Title: Business Development Director – Central Lab Services

A global provider of central laboratory services is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Director to support its continued growth in the clinical research industry. The company partners with biopharmaceutical, medical device, and contract research organizations to deliver high-quality lab solutions across all phases of clinical development.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional with a strong background in clinical trial logistics and distribution. The Business Development Director will lead efforts to expand the client base and promote central lab service offerings in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the clinical research sector
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in sponsor and CRO organizations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of services with client needs
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Provide market insights to inform strategic planning and service development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Business development or strategic partnerships experience within clinical trials or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial logistics and distribution practices
• Understanding of central lab services is highly advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
