EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global strategy consultancy in their search for a Business Control Consultant to join the team in Amsterdam.

As a Business Control Consultant, you are at the heart of high-impact transactions, helping organizations elevate and transform their financial operations during critical moments of growth and change.

It’s a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can drive real progress and shape outcomes with creativity and ambition.

• Support businesses through transactions by strengthening and scaling their financial operations
• Help define key performance indicators and implement effective reporting frameworks
• Advise leadership during public listing processes, assisting with coordination, documentation, and stakeholder interaction
• Shape the financial operating model before and after investment events
• Contribute to team growth and development while helping build strong client relationships
• Work on diverse, project-based assignments with a focus on improvement and transformation

• You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience and hold a Master’s degree in a finance or business-related discipline
• You excel at breaking down complex issues and finding effective solutions
• You’re capable of steering strategic priorities and outlining clear development plans
• You have a proven track record of managing intricate projects and collaborating with diverse teams
• You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing
