Role description
Accountivity in York Region, ON is hiring a Bilingual Collections Specialist to manage high-risk delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and support recovery efforts. The role requires excellent English–French communication, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with legal counsel, insurers, and vendors, document activities in CRM systems, and contribute to process improvements.
