10-day on/10-day off rotation schedule -- 7 am start/end times
Hotel call -- must arrive to OR within 20 mins for emergent c-sections
Level II nursery and inpatient pediatrics coverage
~200 births per year -- fewer than 10 pediatric admissions per year
100% nursery and pediatric patient population
Intubation, umbilical line placement, and circumcisions required
NRP certification required
Ongoing coverage pattern with rotating assignments
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
