Mon - Fri hybrid: half-day clinic or elective OR plus inpatient coverage
Weekend coverage -- 24-hour call with inpatient responsibilities
Phone consults: 5 - 10 per day; 3 - 5 per 24-hour call period
Adult patients primarily -- very few pediatric cases
Inpatient and outpatient coverage required -- active consults with rounding
Admissions managed by hospitalists -- no direct admissions required
General adult urology required
Robotic surgery, laparoscopic, and advanced endoscopic skills preferred
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
