Haworth is seeking a Team Leader for the Holland, MI wood plant (2nd shift, 4X10 schedule). The role leads a distribution/production team to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals while coaching staff and handling production tasks as needed.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 3 years in a manufacturing team setting, PIT certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Onsite work in Holland, MI is required with overtime as needed.
