Marten Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for Regional Refrigerated, Regional Dry Van, Dedicated, and OTR opportunities. Additional Earning Opportunities
Depending on fleet and circumstances, drivers may qualify for additional compensation, including:
Detention pay: Up to $160 per 24-hour period
Inclement weather pay: Up to $150 per day
Layover pay: Up to $150 per day on applicable fleets
Dedicated stop pay: Up to $140 per day
Driver referral bonuses: Up to $2,500 per referral with unlimited earning potential

Regional Dry Van: Enjoy consistent freight, predictable schedules, and drop-and-hook operations. Regional Dry Van opportunities are available across the Midwest, West, Southeast, and Texas.
Dedicated: Drivers looking for greater route consistency can take advantage of reliable schedules and dedicated freight. This fleet features 99% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations. Specific routes, pay, and home time vary by account and hiring location.
OTR: For drivers looking for broader running areas and strong earning potential, Marten's OTR fleet offers steady dry van and refrigerated freight with drop-and-hook opportunities designed to keep drivers moving.

CDL-A Driver Qualifications
Applicants must have:
A current Interstate Class A CDL
At least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
Ability to work and interact effectively with others
Marten's application materials further specify 4 months of OTR/Regional driving experience or 1 year of local driving experience after completing training. Students and drivers with less than the required experience do not qualify for these positions.
