Diverse and complex case mix
Broad advanced image-guided interventions required
Interventional oncology, ablation, and radioembolization required
Embolization, hepatobiliary, and portal hypertension skills required
Venous access and complex vascular interventions required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
