Role description

Mimica is hiring a Quality Engineer to establish quality foundations for a fast-moving Chatbot product. You will work with Software and ML Engineers to define testing strategies for dynamic, non-deterministic outputs and help shape the quality processes from day one.

You will own evaluation frameworks, guardrails for AI risks, and collaboration with engineers to improve quality early in development. Fully remote role, global team, and ambitious impact.
