About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Vietnam. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across our products. You will apply user-centered design principles to translate complex problems into elegant solutions, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and storyboards to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and style guides ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Present and articulate design decisions to various stakeholders, incorporating feedback thoughtfully and iteratively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve design processes and deliverables.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a focus on user experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for visual design.
• Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, as you will be working with an international team.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, though not required.
