The healthcare and construction sectors are among those suffering the most resignations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Spain, it seemed that the Great Resignation would not arrive, but it has done so a year later than in the United States. <\/span><b>Between January and June 2022, a record resignation rate was recorded in the country<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with maximums never seen since data has been available. Of course, there are many differences from the sky-high U.S. figures. But it is quite possible that this Great Resignation will also affect the country in one way or another.<\/span><\/p><h3 id=\"top-5-reasons-behind-the-great-resignation\">Top 5 Reasons Behind The Great Resignation<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where is the Big Quit coming from? <\/span><b>Why are workers deciding to leave their jobs right now?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It\u2019s not a simple \u2018I hate my job\u2019 reason. The periods of confinement allowed the population many months to rethink their working lives. To what extent does it pay off for me? <\/span><b>Mental health has gained a lot of space in our lives after the shared trauma of the pandemic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
